So, this has been bugging me for a while since I first saw the list of
Vivitar manufacturers included Oly. Does anybody know what lenses were
actually made by Oly for Vivitar?

Note about Vivitar Series I Lenses:
Vivitar did not make their own lenses. They were made by other companies
for Vivitar and which company made which lens changed over
time. Unfortunately, in their Series I line there was little or no
distinction made when the actual lens manufacturer changed (and therefore
its formulation and mechanical design also changed). See this discussion
