Every day I drive past this BIG construction project about two
miles from my house. It has been really fun to see it take
shape--especially since my company is involved in it too.
Yesterday they announced that IRL (Indy Racing League) will be
holding a race there! Add this to a bunch of other
series--including road racing on the inner-track.
This is a location smack dab in flyover country.
Anyway, I am excited and thinking about what lenses to buy, etc,
etc. (meanwhile the toothless locals are grousing because
"nobody around here will see any economic benefit from it").
OPEN YOUR EYES! DUH!!!!! Half of you are working on
constructing the thing and earning big bucks doing so!
I just wanted to pass along that Exit 168 on I-80 in Iowa will
be a happening place starting next month.
