Yeah I staggered the ops thinking it would be inconvenient to have both eyes
fixed on the same day. It turned out that I was operated on one morning and
the eye was covered but on the next morning I was able to remove the covering
and I was able to see perfectly so with some help I probably could have managed
with having both eyes done at the same time - really only an inconvenience for
less than 24hrs.
