Hi all.

Sometime ago I mentioned I was working in a colour project. I want to
render my E-1 images with Kodachrome color rendition.
I have started to shoot rolls of Kodachrome 64 (sand, water, foliage,
sky, colorchecker, DigitalTarget 003, Wolf Faust charts, etc...) and the
same images taken with my Olympus E-1 camera. I use a Sekonic lightmeter
L-358 because both cameras don´t measure light in the same way. Remember
E-1 is very conservative with highlights due to KAF-5101CE dynamic range
is optimized for shadows vs highlights. I am also using neutral zuiko
glass for avoiding any color shift.
I was able to get an OM-2n with a 50/1.8 MC lens and I will use my
14-54/2,8-3,5 lens at 25mm (I would prefer to use my ZD 50/2 and an OM
Zuiko 100/2 but it is almost impossible to get it) I would be very
pleased if someone could tell me how to calculate the right f number for
same DOF in both cameras. Fouthirds has a wider DOF, so I presume I will
have to use f4 in my E-1 camera and maybe f8 in 35mm format more or less.

I remember a DOF calculator in xls format but I can´t find it right now.

Regards,

Dave
