Well, I finished doing what I had to do to the microdrive. There
were three or four damaged files and the directory containing
the Olympus images was write-protected.  All other directories
were fine.  I formated the disk using the Minolta and everything
is now ok.  I did do a sector/surface scan and all appears well.

Then, I spent an hour during CSI trying to kill it again.  No
go.  Doesn't seem repeatable.  For now, end of story.
