Norton Systemworks 2003. I've been using Systemworks of various vintages 
on Win systems of various versions on various computers for a long time. 
It doesn't have as much to do with XP as with 98, but it still scans the 
Registry regularly in backgournd and tell some when links, etc. are 
broken and fixes them for me. It keeps the Registry from accumulating 
dead entires that point nowhere and such things that lead to trouble.

There are likely cheaper Registry scan/fixers, but I'm used to the one I 
have, it works and I paid for it some time ago.
