I used to, too. But then eBay changed the way you viewed things and it
became very easy to see who had and hadn't left you feedback. And I got
rather irritated to see so many vendors, often with high feedback
totals, simply not leaving feedback even though I'd paid promptly and
left them feedback when I got the goods.
At that point, I changed my policy.
