If you don't need the speed it is a wonderful lens, and it opens up a whole new set of 2 lens possibilities, two of my favorites are: 28-48 f/4 w the 75-15 f/4 or 28-48 w the 85-250 f/5 add a 21 f/3.5 and you have a very versatile 3 lens kit!
