Matt,
Any repair job can require a return visit. Unfortunate but true. In good
faith, John agreed to readdress the problem. You dropped the ball. You
expect to return to the game over 2 years later. You have extremely unfair
expectations. John's site states: Completed, paid overhauls are covered by a
6 month warranty. You are being unreasonable. 2 years is a ridiculous
stretch for something you could have taken care of long ago. Don't expect
any sympathy here by bashing the good name of our long standing, frequently
contributing fellow member. Many messages of thanks and praise have been
shared here for John's work. Your woeful account bears negatively only on
yourself.
