I think it would be quite unfair to expect a businessman to respond in this
open forum, regardless of his friendship as a forum member.  I think it
would have been more appropriate for the complaint to be discussed privately
with a few trusted others who know John, instead of here.  There are so many
replies on this thread that I don't know if John replied, but would not
blame him if he hasn't.  I am not taking sides in this business argument,
but merely giving my opinion on the appropriateness of its place in this
forum.  I witnessed a very similar situation on another mailing list of a
car club that I belong to, it was not pretty.  I suggest that another way be
found.  Hope this helps both sides.  No offense intended toward either side.
