There are always two sides to every story. It should be encumbant on all
of us, and for what it is worth it is also a rabbinic Torah obligation,
to try to find some reason to not judge harshly. I believe we should all
think well of John (I do and he has done work for me) and he is not
obligated to defend himself on this forum. His only obligation is to
deal with that customer, and that should be back channel.

I have not had a lot of dealings with John H. (most stuff is easier to
get done locally - Oz), but I've never had a problem.
