Chris,
  The zinc-air can work but generally has a relatively short life and is
quite humidity dependent and would not work in your camera if it has
been voltage modified.  The sleeve referred to merely adjusts the
physical diameter so a smaller 1.5v cell will fit into a larger diameter
housing.  The most recommended silver cell is the #357,  most likely the
easiest sleeve for most to obtain is to go down to your hardware store
and purchase an "O-Ring" with the O.D. of the old 625 cell and the I.D.
of the new #357 cell.  This seems to work fine, last a long time, and
don't rattle.
