They all should be made by NC machine, even in mainland China they can't 
affort to hand made them and sell at such low price. The lens adapters I 
have are very accurate (from sample to sample), of course it is possible 
that some cheaper manufacturer just don't control it very well in the 
process or the design is weaker. 5mm movement is too much, the lens lock 
simply does not fit in.

The major problem of these EOS adapter is there is no steel spring in use 
like the original OM lens adapter. The brass is too soft, if you mount heavy 
lenses, after playing it for some time the three "springs" will be flatten 
out and the friction is reduced, worse cases there will be a gap between the 
lens and adapter but there should be no play if the lens lock works.
