We seldom go out without hanging a bag, the FZ18 is not a pocket camera but
my shoulder bag certainly will not hold a DSLR, may be a 420 kit at most.
The FZ18 also duplicate as my wife's travel camera so the 28-504mm range is
much more useful and size fit her bag too.
