A long standing gripe of mine -
- 'Third tree on the left, S**t Swamp, Ass End of Florida' - Confirmed
- The house I've been living in for 18+ years - Unconfirmed foreigner.
And it's been my Visa billing address for all that time.
And they charge us 1% extra for the privilege of 'International' access.
If anyone can identify a way of complaining about this that gets a
sensible answer, I'd love to hear about it. I'd just like to say
'been a member for five years, would like my address confirmed
please' without getting a form response which makes no sense.

Funny thing that word. I used to list stuff on my ebay store saying
that postage was flat rate, 'so much for Australia and so much for
International.' I was puzzled by the number of murkins who would then
ask - 'how much to post to the third tree on the left, etc' Suddenly
the penny dropped. There's an awful lot of murkins who can't cope
with the idea of being seen as 'international.'
