ROTFLMAO!!  Well, I don't much care for wines that are built to drink 
young.  I must admit that there are some that are nice everyday drinkers 
and hey, we all need that.  But built for now excludes ageability, so it 
makes my point about Chateau Cardboard not going into the cellar for 
aging, doesn't it?  By your own admission they don't belong there, 
mate!  ;-)

We used cheap ketchup, but supplemented with Dinosaur Barbeque garlic 
hot sauce, dill pickles and Grey Poupon (my preference) or Nance's Sweet 
& Sharp (wife's preference) mustard, all on whole wheat buns.  And sea 
salt/malt vinegar chips/crisps.  Perfect for Chateau Cardboard plonk.
