They are allowing only "brick and mortar" stores to carry it (no web based
business's allowed) and apparently (as has been implied here on the list) a
large up front initial investment in the system is required (you can't buy
items as the demand appears). So, dealers who have bought it and can't sell
it, end up warehousing it, instead of Olympus.
