In the UK Jessops and other camera shops sell silica gel packets.  I 
think they sell zip lock bags as well but I'm not sure - I just put the 
silica gel packets inside my camera and lens cases and that seems to 
work OK.  A damp country like Holland must surely have silica gel on 
sale somewhere, but if not you can order online from Jessops:
