Open the camera and clean out any dust or specks of anything you see in
there... I use Q-tips and Windex. Swab it on and then dry using the other
end of the Q-tip. Blow out the interior with canned 'air'. Now look at the
path the film travels closely. If your camera is doing it, there is probably
only about 2-4" where it could be happening... from the lip of the film
cassette to the wind spindle. Check for any sharp or rough-looking areas.

If you find any, I think its a repair-shop job unless its something that
would wipe off... Most cameras are pretty clean inside, are you getting
scratches on every roll through the camera, or just some? That would be the
processing lab instead, which is my suspicion...
