I would persist until you are able to talk with this woman. I had a small
problem with an order for which Focus had charged my credit card account
without actually shipping. If it is the same woman, she is very nice to
deal with. If after speaking with her you are still out of luck, I would be
happy to support a group effort of some kind.  But such efforts seem
desperate and haphazard.  I hope that you will get a better result before
something like that is "required."

Focus puts up a big www presence, but they seem like more like a Mom and
Pop business in other respects.  She may indeed be the only person who can
crunch the numbers, although the excuses many of these businesses trump up
to cover their tomfoolery is legendary.
