I'm not a lawyer but it seems that we as a group could
send along a notice to Focus Camera that members of this
list have been advised of how they have treated fellow-
member Richard Dale. Perhaps we should email Focus camera
en masse expressing our collective outrage over this type
of business practice. Anyone up for a good old-fashioned
protest?

Actually, after we e-mail, if no results, perhaps all the US members could
call their toll-free line simultaneously and order a 90 macro with fake
shipping and credit card details (so it won't get shipped, of
course--therefore no fraud). If that's too steep, we could all call and say
we can't decide btw a Nikon F5 and a Canon EOS1; could they please help us
decide. Then we can e-mail them again and mention that if they haven't
gotten the message the members of the Leica list, Nikon list, and Canon
list will be next <g>...
