When I was at the Penn State main campus in State College (University
Park), I made generous use of the dairy outlet that was part of the ag
engineering department. Penn State is a primary researcher in mushroom
cultivation, ice cream production, and dairy in general. There were always
numerous baskets piled high with mushrooms, plus lots of milk, cream, ice
cream, cheese. etc.
