I do understand your side Ken. I also know that TWC is taking full
advantage of it to keep its ship afloat. They are happy just to get the
people like my wife and I who only take basic cable, and the 15/1 internet,
and choose to have Netflix, Hulu, and others only deliver the content we
want. Without us, they would sink in a matter of months. I gave up Direct
TV for TV when I realized they were costing even more than cable would.
Direct Tv used to make commercials about the terrible prices of cable
companies.They have far outstripped cable pricing, and provide 200 channels
that I only want 10 or so of, but I have to buy a basic bundle and then add
even more to get all the few channels I want.
