I concur with the forget-the-tripod crowd. Shoot a high shutter speed. If
necessary, bump the iso so you can. If feasible, shoot a little wider than
you normally would to facilitate cropping.

Don't let the tyranny of the lens compel you to try to shoot all manner of
stuff you'd be better off just looking at and remembering. Go for the gold
and just look at the rest. Don't let GAS interfere with your trip. <g>
