Heavens! I haven't seen wooden baskets for many years...........thought they
quit making them. I remember the smaller ones with handles were called peck
baskets.

At least this year I have air-conditioning in my kitchen!! 50 quarts of
tomato juice, 14 quarts of grape juice, 12 pints of salsa so far. Jellies
and jams tomorrow.
We will get this many vegetables from the garden twice a week until frost,
hopefully!!
