The last time I asked for hand cutting of negatives in 6 frame strips I 
walked back into the photo dept. only to see the clerk handling my 
negatives with bare fingers and a pair of scissors.  She had absolutely 
no concept of fingerprints on negatives.  Had clearly never had any kind 
of training.
