Yes, hide yourself, use a long lens, and let the kids play.
At least that's my theory and I'm sticking to it. :-)

Although the rest of the world may think the smile on the child is 
lovely, the mom will know immediately if it's that "fake cheesy smile" 
and discard every image with that smile in it. At least that's been my 
experience!

I had to laugh when I first read Chuck's post as I am now "that mom" 
with my own kids. :-)
