When my grandpa died from lung cancer 10 yrs ago his medical care came to
over $100,000. He was on Medicare (the USA's health program for the elderly,
which all old people are required to be part of even if they're wealthy). I
don't think that grandma had much of a bill from his care after he died
because of Medicare. This country is screwy...they give free care to all old
people even if they're as rich as Warren Buffet, but young poor people
cannot get medical care.
