Dead as a doorknob.  Underfunded, poorly managed and misled into
thinking that 2/3" sensor area was going to satisfy the 35mm
user crowd.  I was in contact with them quite a bit during the
PD and alpha testing phase and it became obvious that they were
clueless.

Another factor which killed them was that they were developing
it as a CMOS technology prior to Canon making CMOS chic.

The idea that they could do it with a film canister was flawed.
They couldn't stuff enough brains and storage into it.  Had they
done a "film back" instead, it would have worked.
