Because he thinks it's an internet service for helping people with
technical problems - any technical problems. makes perfect sense to me.
And the infamous 'hit any key' problem? You get instructions to hit
'enter' or 'alt' - so why not assume that there is a key similarly,
strangely labelled. The correct instruction would be 'hit any of the
keys.' Just poor manual writing!
