I got around pretty good, learning quickly with the desire of youth to cope, 
but my right leg is atrophied significantly from the knee down.  You would 
laugh at the collection of devices I constructed to strap on, even under the 
socks of a baseball uniform, so nobody would notice.

Now I don't give a damn, just as long as it'll get me out to the mailbox and 
back.  :-)

Libations?  I'm ready when you are.  I consider that post-polio therapy, 
particularly on those days when I can't do much else.  :-[
