Thanks, I think it get it now. The comparison in dpreview between the E300
and C-8080 I thought had more to do with resolution, so I was puzzled that
noise popped up as part of the thread. I guess he is implying that
comparing the E300 at ASA 100 and C-8080 at 50 is not unfair to the
E300. Good to know.
