[OM] availability of EC4015 (B201 / s-3655G)

Hi List,

This is the tube of the T-32, as listed at //olympus.dementia.org/Hardware.
Found a T-32 which is not working, and I bet it's the tube. Or at least I
should rule out first the availability of this part. Should I email Olympus
directly?
