OT, but if you strain your neck looking through the OM viewfinder
or from a neck strap, ... not to mention the near yogic positions
required for some macro work... the following may be of interest.

Yes, you almost think nothing is happening. It works particularly
well on young children and babies whose cranial bones are not
as fixed. I was told that C-section babies are more prone to migraines
later because the compression from the birth canal is important, just
as is crawling. Cranial work for C-section babies can really help
in the long term.

The work was developed by John Upledger who discovered the
slow pumping movement of the skeletal structure, which causes
the cerebral spinal fluid to circulate. Often the circulation gets stuck
at the neck and base of skull. Not every therapist is skilled enough
to sense the subtle rhythm, so some therapist are better than others.

Not all migraines are affected by cranial work, such as hormone
induced migraines. But if you suffer from migraines, it is worth
checking out, that is if you can find a therapist, and a good one
at that. The work can help out many other things as well. Low back
pain, sacrum issues, etc. It is very non-invasive work, unlike some
chiropractic work. ...did I mention sinus issues...
