Yeah I know all that...I am getting 100% better at deciphering the good from
the ulgy on Eb*y but still...its very hard to pinpoint. I bought the 2S from
a seller with 100% feedback and what seemed like a great reputation. The 2S
body I got looks great...but I am quite disspointed that the meter was a bit
off!!

I had my "heart" set on that 2S and its like a HUGE let down for me!!

1) look at the sellers feedback and ask questions. My experience has been
about 99% positive.

2) It would cost more than the camera is worth to do so.  I think there are
actually a few 2S circuits floating around out there in the Olympusphere,
however it cost much more than the cameras are worth to repair them.
