But, as we've said many times, the bad Adaptall 2's are easily fixed with a
dab of 5-minute epoxy on the offending screwhead.

If it is a Tamron Adaptall 2 any Olympus adaptall 2 mount should fit it.
Be aware that if you have an OM3/4 series camera one of the mounts can
damage the little black button (which is not good!).
