I think that would be possible if the up / down shift of the front lens
element was large enough. With a view camera such would be possible. For
some excellent examples of view camera shift potential find a copy of the
"Kodak Professional Photoguide", an  8" x 5" 56 page ring binder booklet
containing all manner of dials and information. My copy is the sixth edition
1998, second printing 2000. There is a specific section, "View camera
perspective and depth-of-field controls" which contains numerous diagrams
from which shift lens potential becomes immediately obvious.
