Can anyone point me in the correct direction to get the specific
instructions
on how to use the Ring Cross Pol. Filter.

I did check in:  http://olympus.dementia.org/eSIF/om-sif.htm
under the Filter Group and also the Photoflash Group but found no reference
to it. (I suspect that it does come with instructions.)

It is probably  there and I overlooked it.
