Have you ever been in this situation? For three months
I had been getting dozens of letters from the same
credit card company (Providian Processing Services).
almost at least one a day for the same damn credit
card that I would never get even if they paid me.
Sometimes I would get two of the things. I have
received 83 so far. I have also received dozens of
calls from them by telemarketers. Basically I was
harassed constantly. My parents have good credit and
as a college student I am seen as a ripe target, but
these people were just obnoxious, they called me at
all times of the day and night. I called them 5 times
and begged them to stop sending me these things,
basically they told me to F*CK off each time. Not
being in the least polite or considerate.

For the first couple dozen or so I just ripped them
up. Then I saw the way to get most delicious vengence
on the interent. I saved up the next 40 of the damn
things. Then I got some superglue and a couple of
friends very willing to help me and went down to a
local demolition project that had a lot of nice heavy
cinderblocks. I selected the choicest, heaviest ones,
all 40 pounds or over. I took the superglue and glued
those wonderful "First Class-Postage to be Paid by
Addresse" Envelopes and pasted them to the blocks.
Then I lugged them over to the Post Office and mailed
the wonderful things. The Postal Workers were laughing
their asses off as I hauled in dolly after dolly of
cinderblocks. See for each block good old Providian
had to pay over $60.00 US in postage (the most
expensive was $347.00 for one 116 pound block) and I
had over 2000 pounds of blocks (thank god for pickup
trucks and hand trucks). Cost to me... 15.00 of glue
and gas and a couple of hours of moving and pasting
and elbow grease. Cost to the scumbags at Providian...
over $15,000 dollars. Serves the bastards right. I
have been flyer and phone call free for weeks. Ahh
sweet silence; sweet vengence. Its been a dull, boring
day here and I wanted to share with you one of my
greatest achievements.
