Spot and multi-spot metering is not the biggest advantage to me, most
important is the SBC under the mirror box, there is no stray light
influence through the viewfinder. With OM-1, I have to shield the
light with my hand during metering. No.. eyecup doesn't help (I have
both eyecup 1 and 2) for eye glasses wearer. The stray light influence
is very high especially with slow lenses. I just wish the OM1 has
similar stray light prevention system like the Pen FT, it is very
effective.
