Dear Ruediger,

With the OM2, at least, you can rotate the camera on the back of the 
bellows and take your pics upside down, if you remove the hot shoe, 
there's clearance all along the bellows rod.

The varimagni even fits upside down for viewing, which would 
otherwise be a little awkward.
