You can recharge *any* alkalines with Saitek's eco-charger. I do it
all the time. You have to recharge often tho. Extends life about 10x.
(But you recharge about 30x).
But use NiCds for flashes. Their lower internal resistance means
faster flash recycling, better than NiMh or Alkalines.
