I've got it. I've got it bad. I found a complete Oly setup and have been
negotiating with the seller. We just closed the deal (Bruce, are you on the
list?) I think it ended up being pretty fair for us both. This is, of
course, the third setup I've bought this week. No fourth. I've been adding
to mine and the kids. Today I picked up a little kit that I think was a
good deal, or at least ok. I thought it was for the kids, but... The nice
thing about kits is that I keep what I want and sell the rest and come out
in good shape. It included:

Everything is out of the box new condition. The 100-200 is a surprisingly
nice little lense and I think it will get a lot of use. Not one of the
greatest Zuiko zooms, but I like it. Even came with the manuals and a nice
little case. Oh, just discovered the original purchase receipts. Kind of
interesting.

This email is getting lengthy, but I thought an inventory would be fun (and
put me up for ridicule). As you'll see, I definately will need to have an
Oly sale. This is just the 'real Olympus' stuff. Don't get me started on
the non-Olympus, almost all of which will go on the auction block. Well,
maybe not the Vivitar Series 1 70-210. I kind of like it. At least now the
off-brand is overwhelmed by Zuikos. My plan is to have a 'light kit' and a
'heavy kit'. Now that you can see my inventory, I'd love advice on how to
equip these two kits and also on what lenses I'm lacking. I know I have a
huge jump between 50 and 135 and the 135's are just ok. I like the Tamron
90 that a list member has for sale. Course, if I'm a Zuiko purist (which
I'm not completely)....I'm also not convinced yet that I just have to have
either the 18 or the 300, if for no other reason they are just so darned
expensive and would give me a lot of money back.
I'd also love advice on what to keep, what to sell, but the light/heavy may
tell that. Oh, can't forget, a third, 'for the kids', indestructable set.
