Hi Craig,
I am also using IE4 but I have selected Chinese Big 5 code for my messages
as I need them for reading the local News groups. Now I have change this
message to English, are you still getting the message from IE to download a
speical character set?
I have selected - Plain Text "MIME no text encoding, allow 8 bit in header"
to send my message, does anyone know if Uuencode will be better?
