When I need to include infinity within the depth of field markers (f16), do I :
1 -need line up the center of the infinity mark with the line in the lens
2 - need to include the entire infinity mark within the depth of field
indicators
3- turn the focus ring past infinity all the way to the stop?

Thanks.

Sort of true. I do have some train track photos taken at grade crossings
but my query was only a hypothetical one. Thanks for the warning. I think
that there's no easy solution to my depth of field query and that I'll have
to print out a table for each of my wide angles. Thanks to John Lind for the
URL for DOF questions.
