I think your test was pretty good for our purposes. I can see differences in
slides using 8-10 X loupes. Thanks for the test results. I would love to see
the
85-250 compared to other zooms, eg 100-200, 50-250, 65-200. Do you have any of
these + some time on your hands???

PS I have done some tests of several lenses at wide open and 1 stop down if
anyone's interested.
