I am aware of the problem you speak of. I bought some items from
john and had the same problem re no Visa or Mastercard. Charges for
foreign currency bank drafts are also expensive in Australia. It was
cheaper for me to obtain cash, which I did. I then sent this to JH
in an envelope with a slip of opaque black paper in the envelope so
it could not be seen through. I had no problem. I have done this a
couple of times in other circumstances with no problems.
