It is consumer grade s/w -- ok for travel and leisure, but not much
beyond that. Any serious national or worldwide delivery service
would be expected to use an industrial strength package.

SC is South Carolina -- a rural southeastern State famous for its
leisurely pace of life, magnolia trees, and some of the best golf
courses in the world. SC lacks any sizeable urban or transportation
centers. Other regional distinctions are better left untold. :-)
