Re. Canon FD, these seem to be underpriced compared to Olympus, Nikon, etc. I
have recently purchased Canon FD 100mm f4 macro and Canon FD 200mm f4 macro
(both UGly from KEH !) and both of these are very impressive on both m4/3 and
Sony alpha.

I suspect the mount and adapters put people off. I had a bit of head scratching about how to mount  the adapter so the aperture ring works. My FD mount lens is for a different purpose. It's the 85/2.8 Soft Focus. Sure, it's a fine portrait length lens at setting 0, but I'm more interested in the soft settings.

I also have a couple of FL mount Canons. Chosen as well for their optical "failings". Fast lens designs from the early '60s that have interesting rendering at large apertures. 58/1.2 and 135/2.5. The 135 mm hasn't had a proper workout as yet.

What if the Hokey Pokey *IS* what it's all about?
