I'm funny when it comes to the sunstars. In all honesty, I think the
majority of the OM system lenses have the most beautiful sunstars. The
optical flaws that create the sunstars also contribute to a general
tonal softening and apparent warming of the pictures. Highlights that
have any color to them will end up bleeding those colors into the
shadows. It's just a particular flavor of seasoning that I like in my
images.

But I admit to being a bit weird. Weird is good, right? Weirdish?
